Return policy

If you would like to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to assist you!

We guarantee that we will refund any item that is not marked final sale and meets the following conditions:

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and the packaging must be in good condition
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • The returns form must be completed and sent before 31 days following delivery or the first delivery attempt.


Pieges Ouell traps reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions listed above.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are not paid by Pieges Ouell traps

To begin the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

 1. Complete the following online form: bit.ly/RetourOuellReturn
 2. We will respond to you by email, print it and insert it in the return box.
 3. Return all items in question. The package containing the returned merchandise must be delivered before the 14th day following sending of the return authorization by email.

Credit will be issued upon receipt of the product if the returned items have their labels, are in their original packaging and have no visible signs of wear or use.

How long will it take to receive my refund?


If you made your purchase with a debit card or credit card, your refund will appear within 2-5 business days from the date your request was processed. However, depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. PayPal refunds normally appear within 2-5 business days from the request processing date.


Product damaged in transport

If a product is damaged during delivery, contact us by email at commande@ouell.ca, within a maximum of 3 days after receipt. After this period, we will consider that all the products ordered have been received in good condition.

The email must include the following information:

     First name + Last name
     Date of the order
     Order or invoice number (S-XXXX)
     Name of damaged product + photo of damage
     Photos of the kraft box (brown shipping box) in which the products were sent

After analyzing and validating the situation, we will respond to you by email within 48 hours.
