Shipping Policy – Pièges Ouell

 

Shipping Across Canada and Internationally

We ship throughout Canada and worldwide. Order online and receive your purchases quickly, at home or at work.

 

We recommend using an address where an adult will be present during the day. We request that carriers obtain a signature or hand delivery whenever possible.

 

For orders outside Canada, please contact us via the web form to confirm your order’s eligibility.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping within Canada for orders of $100 or more (before taxes).
  • For orders under $100:
    • Quebec and Ontario: $10 + tax
    • Other provinces: $20 + tax

 

Regional Exceptions

Additional fees may apply in the following cases:

  • Newfoundland and Labrador (excluding municipalities served by the Omnibus Air Service): fixed fee of $20.
  • Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut (excluding municipalities served by the Omnibus Air Service): fixed fee of $50.
  • Municipalities served by the Omnibus Air Service: shipping fees will be communicated by email or phone. Customers may then accept the fees or cancel the order.

Carriers and Delivery Address

 

We ship using Canada Post, Purolator, GLS, UPS, and Canpar. If you have a preferred carrier, please indicate it in the “Notes” section of your cart. We may contact you to cover any additional fees associated with your preferred carrier.

 

The address provided must exactly match Canada Post’s address registry. If the address is incorrect or unrecognized, Pièges Ouell cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or loss of the package. No refund will be issued in such cases.

A $20 fee may apply to correct an address after the order has been shipped.

Order Preparation and Shipping

 

  • Orders are prepared Monday to Friday before noon (Montreal time).
  • Orders received before noon are typically shipped the same day.
  • Orders received after noon are shipped the next business day.
  • No shipping on public holidays (based on Canada Post’s calendar).
  • If shipping is delayed for reasons other than those listed above, a notice will be posted on our website.

Estimated Delivery Times

 

  • Quebec (metropolitan areas): 1 business day
  • Quebec (other regions): 1 to 3 business days
  • Ontario (metropolitan areas): 2 business days
  • Ontario (other regions): 2 to 4 business days
  • Other provinces and territories: 2 to 7 business days

Additional delays may apply for remote regions.


Order Tracking

 

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.


Upon Delivery

 

Packages are no longer left at the door. A signature or hand delivery is required.

If no one is present, a delivery notice will be left. You will have 5 days to pick up the package at the designated drop-off location.

If the package is returned to us, we will refund your order minus a $20 fee or the equivalent of the original shipping cost.


Delivery Issues

 

If a product is damaged during delivery, please complete the return form within 3 days of receipt. After this period, we will consider all items received in good condition.

To support your return request for damaged or defective items, please send us photos showing the damage.

Your email must include:

  • First and last name
  • Order or invoice number
  • Name of the damaged product + photo of the damage
  • Photos of the shipping box

We will respond within 48 hours.


Returns of Undamaged Products

For returns of products in good condition, please follow the procedure outlined in our Return Policy.
