Necker 600 Fleshing Knife

Necker 600 Fleshing Knife has a double sided stainless steel blade measuring 14" X 1½" for a total of 23 1/2 inches in tip-to-tip length.

One side of the blade is less sharp than the other and is used for pushing and degreasing, while the sharp side of the knife is used for shaving particularly tough areas of skin. The Necker #600 has a poly handle on each end with a flared guard so your hand won't slip during use.
