If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help!
We guarantee that we will refund any item that is not marked final sale if you return it in perfect resalable condition in its original packaging and with the original receipt within 30 days of delivery of your order, regardless of the right of withdrawal that you have in certain countries. Ouell Traps reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 30 day deadline or the return of any item that is not in the same condition as when received. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Return costs are not paid by Piege Ouell Traps
Please consider the following exceptions that apply to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are neither returned nor exchanged
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and the packaging must be in good condition
- Returned items must not have any visible signs of damage or use
To start the return or exchange process, please do the following:
- Send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org with in the subject: Return request - Boutique Ouell.
- Enter the number of your order as well as which item in question.
- We will respond by email, print it out and insert it in the return box.
- Return all the items in question.
Credit will be issued upon receipt of the product if the returned items have their labels, are in their original packaging and have no visible signs of damage or use

How long should I expect to receive my refund?If you made your purchase with a debit card or credit card, your refund will appear within 2-5 business days of the date your request was processed. However, depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. PayPal refunds normally appear within 2-5 business days from the date the request was processed.
